We really enjoyed our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location at Europe square is perfect, with a park of modern architecture right in front of the hotel, offering a beautiful view of the old part of the city. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area.

One small issue we encountered was regarding their pet policy. Although the hotel details mentioned that pets are allowed, we were initially told that pets were not allowed.

The view from our balconies was spectacular, showcasing the old town of Tbilisi. The double room was very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the old town and conveniently located next to an aerial tramway to Narikala Fortress. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with any questions we had. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options available.

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and a gym which were good. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, which made it very convenient for me to visit the places I needed to for my business trip. Another advantage was that the hotel offered easy access to public transportation, which made it easier for me to get around.

Sadly, my overall experience was not great as there were a few things I found disappointing. the hotel did not have a very comfortable bed, making it difficult for me to sleep.

Some aspects of the service can be inconsistent, with occasional disruptions to cleaning and information given by different members of staff conflicting. the wifi can also be a little slow at times, which may be frustrating for some guests.

Had a New Year's stay with friends; good prices for the time of year and comfortable beds. The breakfast had some nice options and the location was walking distance from many shops and attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even helping us with last minute dinner reservations. The view from the hotel room was also a positive point and added to the experience.

The noise was unbearable, with loud music and shouting from nearby clubs and bars that kept us awake all night. This was not advertised or warned about, and made for a terrible experience.

We loved the spacious and comfortable double room with a breathtaking view of the city from the balcony. The hotel's central location made it easier for us to explore this city. The breakfast was delicious, and the sitting area was perfect for admiring the old town while enjoying a meal. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which enhanced our stay.
